All Recreation Bikes, ATV's etc., sold by Speed Zee are intended for close-course competition only. Buyer should check local and state laws before riding them. Recreation Bikes, ATV's etc., are not toys as they reach speeds that could be dangerous and result in serious injury or even death if proper safety precautions or good judgement is not practised. Helmet, eye protection and other body protection should always be worn while riding these bikes.
By buying from Speed Zee buyer certfies that he/she are of legal age. Buyer/Purchaser waives seller, supplier and manufacturer of any responsibility, damage to property, injury or death incured or caused as a result of operation of these bikes, ATV's etc. Buyer also waives seller, supplier and manufacturer of any responsibility for damage, injury or death caused by improper assembly, modification, negligence, abuse or any improper usage.
Ebikes / Electric Bikes boxed units carry 14 days warranty for parts against manufacturing defect.
Ebikes / Electric Bikes carry 1 year warranty for parts against manufacturing defect when assembly and PDI option is chosen at time of purchase. (Extra Charge Applies)
All recreation bikes and items are sold As-It-Is position. All Sales Final, No Warranty, No Refunds and No Exchange.
Specification are just for your reference only and may change little bit here and there as we get it from our suppliers.

All bikes that are purchased online are checked properly before shipping so there is no possiblity of any missing parts, but by any chance your bike arrives with missing parts we will help you out, but for that you have to notify us within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hour period you will need to purchase a replacement.
All items sold online are brand new in box. They are sold As-Is and we are not responsible for finish problems that may occur during shipping e.g. Fairing scratches, finish rubbing off etc.
All Items are sold as-it-is condition. If you do not understand what as it is means or do not like our terms and conditions etc. Please do not buy from us.
All items bought and paid online are shipped with Insurance.
If the item is damaged during shipping contact the shipping/freight company or courier within 24 hours and report claim and contact us through email and also call us. We will try to help you resolve the problem with shipping/freight company or courier. However the shipping/freight company or courier is solely responsible for damage done to your item while it is being shipped. All products are insured for their value. If you use the item in anyway then it will not be covered by insurance. You must keep the box and all packing material. You will also call us and send us an email within 24 hours with the discription of the damage and digital photoes of the item and the box.
If by any reason the buyer returns the shipment or if the shipment is returned for any reason whatsoever the buyer will be responsible for paying all the to and fro shipping charges and also other charges that are incured.
By buying the item from Speed Zee. the buyer confirms that he/she has read all the particulars, discription, notes, disclaimers, terms and conditions etc. and abide by it.
